Placements

The Institution has a Training and Placement Cell, headed by a Placement Officer and supported by members. The Cell focuses on understanding the requirements of different kinds of Jobs, Corporate world culture and seeks to appropriately develop the abilities of students through career counseling. It is instrumental in providing students proper information about the market changes, industry expectations, nature of opportunities, salary structure etc. It continuously interacts with the industry for Skill development training, internships and placement openings. It guides and helps the final year students in securing jobs commensurate with their knowledge and achievements, through On Campus and Off Campus Interviews. The Placement Cell also enjoys a strong corporate training back up through its large and diverse alumni network to conduct guest lecturers from Industry experts.

The Cell continuously interacts with the industry for Internships and placement activities for the student community of the college, besides providing continual improvement and inputs on ever changing requirements.

The Cell guides and helps the final year students in securing jobs commensurate with their knowledge and achievements, by organizing campus interviews and exploring various avenues for their placement. During the campus recruitment process, it extends all possible help and provides available infrastructure facilities to the organizations and their respective HR officials.

The Placement Cell focuses on understanding the requirements of the corporate world and seeks to develop the abilities of our students and guides them in getting proper information about the market changes, industry expectations, nature of opportunities, salary structure, industry openings, on campus and off-campus interviews for placements, career counseling and career development preparation.

In the past five years cell has established MoU with Skill development training Institutes like Centum Foundation and SAP Labs, New Delhi, Deshapande Skilling, Hubballi, NIIT Camp. Pune and KK’s Training Institute, Nipani. Under MoU with Deshpande Skilling 19 students of 2019-20 batches were successfully trained and placed in various companies. 53 students of 2020-21 are undergoing training. 51students of final year 2021-22 are undergoing training in the campus. Regional Skill Development Center has been established with the help of Deshpande Skilling in our campus. 142 students of our college have been successfully placed in various Govt. and Private Companies since 2016-17.
